Dealix Reply Handling Log

Every positive reply to Dealix outreach is logged here. Single source of truth for in-flight conversations.


Entry template (copy for every reply)

Reply-handling rules

  1. First positive reply: respond within 30 minutes during business hours, within 2 hours after-hours.
  2. Objection reply: use objection_library_ar.md — don't improvise.
  3. Demo request: send Calendly immediately → don't ask for preferred time; let them pick.
  4. "Send details": send one-pager + demo CTA. Never send full deck unblock the demo.
  5. "Not now": ask for specific follow-up date; if they can't commit, schedule +30 days.
  6. Silent after demo: one gentle follow-up +2 days. If silent +5, move to long-term nurture.
  7. Every reply gets logged here — even "no thanks" replies.

Disqualified leads log

When a lead is firmly disqualified, record:

  • Lead ID
  • Company
  • Disqualification reason (budget / timing / no fit / duplicate / competitor / no authority)
  • Date
  • Whether they're okay being re-contacted in 6+ months

Weekly review (every Sunday)
