Dealix — Daily Revenue Operating System

Run this every business day (Sun-Thu). Takes 3-4 hours focused work.


🌅 Morning Block (8:00 - 10:30 AM)

8:00 — Systems Check (10 min)

  • Open Sentry → any overnight errors? Triage.
  • Check UptimeRobot → uptime % last 24h?
  • Check Moyasar → any new payments?
  • Check email → any replies from leads?

8:15 — Pipeline Review (15 min)

Open dealix_14day_tracker.html:

  • Score pipeline by stage (A/B/C/D)
  • Identify top 3 deals closest to close
  • Schedule today's follow-ups

8:30 — Prime Outreach (2 hours)

Peak response times: Sunday-Thursday 9-11 AM Saudi time.

Send:

  • 5 LinkedIn DMs (warm connections first)
  • 5 WhatsApp messages (if you have numbers)
  • 3 emails (from Apollo/Hunter)

Every message: 30 seconds personalization from their profile.

10:30 — Inbox Zero (15 min)

  • Respond to every reply within 5 min during work hours
  • Schedule demos via Calendly link
  • Log everything in Google Sheet tracker

☀️ Midday Block (11:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

11:00 — Demos (flexible 30-60 min each)

If demos are booked:

  • Review prospect's company + pain points 10 min before
  • Follow demo_script_30min.md exactly
  • Always end with pilot offer (1 SAR)

12:00 — Partner Outreach (30 min)

  • 2 agency/consultant LinkedIn DMs
  • 1 referral ask to existing contact

12:30 — Content (1 hour, 3 days/week)

Monday/Wednesday/Friday:

  • 1 LinkedIn post (Build in Public format)
  • Engage with 10 target accounts (comment, like)

🌆 Afternoon Block (2:00 - 5:00 PM)

2:00 — Follow-ups (1 hour)

Peak 2nd-wave time: Tuesday-Thursday 2-4 PM.

  • Day +3 follow-ups (bump message)
  • Day +7 value-add follow-ups (insight/stat)
  • Day +14 breakup emails

3:00 — Pipeline Admin (30 min)

  • Update CRM with today's activities
  • Move deals through stages
  • Flag stale deals

3:30 — Customer Success (30 min, if any customers exist)

  • Check on active pilots (day 1, 3, 5)
  • Preempt objections
  • Ask for referrals from happy customers

🌙 Evening Block (5:00 - 6:00 PM)

5:00 — Daily Retrospective (30 min)

🧪 Weekly Experiments

Every Friday: Design 1 experiment for next week.

Examples:

  • Try voice notes on WhatsApp (vs text)
  • Shorter subject lines on email
  • Different time of day for outreach
  • New channel (Instagram DM, TikTok)
  • New lead source (Product Hunt, niche forums)

Measure: compare response rate vs. baseline. Rule: Keep what works, kill what doesn't, within 2 weeks.


🎯 Conversion Funnel Targets (Daily)

If you're hitting 0 customers/day:

  • Need more quality leads, not more volume
  • Likely: wrong ICP, weak message, or wrong channel

If you're hitting 0.5-1 customers/day:

  • System works. Need more volume.
  • Scale channels that convert best.

If you're hitting 1-3 customers/day:

  • You're in product-market fit zone
  • Focus on retention + referrals now
  • Consider hiring first BDR

🔄 Bottleneck Diagnosis

Every week, identify the narrowest funnel point:

If this is low... Action
Leads/day Add source (agency, paid ads)
Reply rate Rewrite opening line
Demo booking Simplify ask (15 not 30 min)
Demo show rate Confirmation 24h before
Demo close Practice objection handler
Payment completion Simplify checkout

Fix the narrowest point first. Don't add volume upstream if conversion downstream is broken.


🚨 Escalation Triggers

Contact Sami immediately if:

  • 3+ leads reply within 1 hour (capacity overwhelm)
  • First paid customer received (celebrate + document)
  • Churn/cancellation request (respond within 1 hour)
  • Technical issue (Moyasar webhook failing, site down)
  • Press/PR opportunity

💪 Mental Game

Week 1-2: Expect 0 paid customers. Don't panic. Week 3-4: Expect 1-3 paid. Relief sets in. Month 2: Expect 5-10 paid. Momentum builds. Month 3: Expect 15-30 paid. Real business emerges.

The first customer is the hardest. Everything after is easier because:

  • Social proof exists
  • You know what works
  • You can do referrals
  • Your confidence is real, not performed

Daily discipline > sporadic genius.

Run this system every day. Results compound.
