Backend - eliminated ALL stub/placeholder services: forecast_control_center.py: Now queries real Deal + StrategicDeal tables for actual revenue, pipeline forecast, partnership counts, M&A counts model_routing_dashboard.py: Now queries real AIConversation table for total calls, tokens used, average latency, estimated cost in SAR Both services now use AsyncSession with lazy imports.
