Claude fc1e45fa31 fix(ci): remove asyncio_default_fixture_loop_scope from pytest.ini ... This setting was added in pytest-asyncio 0.24.0 but may cause exit code 4 (config error) if the installed version doesn't recognize it or conflicts with the asyncio_mode=auto setting.
