Who this is for: Saudi marketing / CRM / web / lead-gen agencies that sell services to B2B SMB and enterprise clients. Add Dealix to their offering stack — they earn setup fees + commission on MRR.

Setup fee splits: 50% upon signing, 50% upon first customer onboarded. Commission: paid monthly, 15 days after Dealix receives payment from end customer.

Partner onboarding flow (7 days)
Day 0 — Partner signs Partner Agreement
- Sami sends partner intake form
- Partner chooses tier
- Setup fee invoiced (50% upfront)
Day 1 — Kickoff
- 60-minute partner training session (Zoom)
- Partner receives: one-pager, battlecard, demo script, objection library AR, sector playbooks
- Demo Dealix instance provisioned for the agency to show clients
Day 2-4 — Agency sells first client
- Agency uses materials to pitch 3-5 existing clients
- Sami supports on first 1-2 calls (shadow)
Day 5-7 — First agency client onboarded
- Client pays Dealix directly
- Commission starts

"One-pager + demo link. Most clients buy in 15 minutes when we show the 45-second response time."
"What if client cancels after setup?"
"Cancellation in first 30 days = 50% of setup fee refunded to client by Dealix (agency keeps portion). After 30 days: standard cancellation policy."
"What if I want to white-label?"
"Scale tier includes white-label — Dealix runs under your brand. MRR share slightly lower (25% instead of 30%) because branding shifts to you."
"What's my exclusivity?"
"Geography or vertical exclusivity is negotiable at Scale tier. Starter/Growth = non-exclusive."
"What about existing clients I already sold something to?"
"Dealix layers on top. We tell the client: 'your agency is now adding AI lead qualification.' Your upsell, your commission."

For every agency partner:
- Pipeline of clients (pitched but not closed)
- Clients signed (and their MRR)
- Commission paid to agency (monthly)
- Client churn rate per agency
- Client satisfaction (from Dealix side)
Reviewed quarterly with each agency partner.

Partner agreement template
Short 2-page agreement covering:
- Scope of services (setup + commission + escalation)
- Commission terms (25% of MRR, paid monthly, 15-day lag)
- Term (12 months, auto-renewal)
- Non-exclusive unless Scale tier
- Termination (30 days notice from either side; commission on existing clients continues)
- Confidentiality
- IP ownership (Dealix retains product IP; agency retains client relationship)
- Governing law: KSA

Red flags (do not sign)
- Agency has < 5 existing clients (no distribution)
- Agency has reputation for spam / bad practices
- Agency insists on re-selling under white-label at Starter tier (not offered)
- Agency wants upfront payment (Dealix pays commission; agency pays setup — we never pay agency upfront)
- Agency refuses to include Dealix briefing in their client onboarding
