|
|
6. **Proposal Sent** — offer extended
|
|
7. **Pilot Started** — 1 SAR paid, trial active
|
|
8. **Customer** — converted to paid plan
|
|
9. **Churned** — cancelled (with reason)
|
|
10. **Lost** — not converting (archive)
|
|
|
|
