# الاستجابة للحوادث (Pilot)

1. تصنيف P0–P3 وفق [`SUPPORT_SLA.md`](SUPPORT_SLA.md).
|

2. إيقاف أي إجراء live مشبوه حتى التحقق.
|
||
3. توثيق الوقت والتأثير والخطوات (بدون أسرار أو PII خام في السجلات العامة).
|
||
4. إشعار العميل بلغة واضحة وخطة تعافي.
|
||
5. مراجعة لاحقة وتحديث السياسات أو الاختبارات إن لزم.
