The Math (Conservative Assumptions)
Daily Paid = Leads × Reply × Demo × Show × Close × Pay
- Cold lead → reply: 5%
- Reply → demo booked: 40%
- Demo booked → demo show: 70%
- Demo → pilot/payment: 20%
- Pilot → paid: 80%
Composite: 5% × 40% × 70% × 20% × 80% = 0.224%
Required daily leads = 3 / 0.00224 = 1,340 cold leads/day
This is unrealistic for solo founder-led outreach.
Realistic Paths to 3/day
Path A — Improve Conversion (not volume)
Target warm/warmer leads to boost rates:
- Warm lead → reply: 30% (6x better)
- Reply → demo: 60%
- Demo → pilot: 35%
- Pilot → paid: 80%
Composite: 30% × 60% × 70% × 35% × 80% = 3.5% (15x better)
