**Who this is for:** Saudi marketing / CRM / web / lead-gen agencies that sell services to B2B SMB and enterprise clients. Add Dealix to their offering stack — they earn setup fees + commission on MRR.

## Partner agreement template
Short 2-page agreement covering:
1. Scope of services (setup + commission + escalation)
2. Commission terms (25% of MRR, paid monthly, 15-day lag)
3. Term (12 months, auto-renewal)
4. Non-exclusive unless Scale tier
5. Termination (30 days notice from either side; commission on existing clients continues)
6. Confidentiality
7. IP ownership (Dealix retains product IP; agency retains client relationship)
8. Governing law: KSA

## Red flags (do not sign)
- Agency has < 5 existing clients (no distribution)
- Agency has reputation for spam / bad practices
- Agency insists on re-selling under white-label at Starter tier (not offered)
- Agency wants upfront payment (Dealix pays commission; agency pays setup we never pay agency upfront)
- Agency refuses to include Dealix briefing in their client onboarding
