## Stages
1. **Lead** — identified but not contacted
2. **Contacted** — outreach sent
3. **Replied** — positive or asking questions
4. **Demo Scheduled** — calendar confirmed
5. **Demo Completed** — call happened
6. **Proposal Sent** — offer extended
7. **Pilot Started** — 1 SAR paid, trial active
8. **Customer** — converted to paid plan
9. **Churned** — cancelled (with reason)
10. **Lost** — not converting (archive)
## Fields (minimum)
- Name, Email, Phone, Company, Role
- LinkedIn URL
- Industry, Company size
- Source (organic/paid/referral/partner)
- First contact date
- Last activity date
- Stage + days in stage
- Deal size (estimated)
- Notes
