This PR adds:

1. **Quick Start Guide** - Three practical usage options:
   - Download prompts for your favorite LLMs
   - Upload to Claude Projects, ChatGPT, or preferred AI
   - Use as a knowledge base for specialized assistants

2. **Repository Structure** - Clear explanation of directory organization and file structure

3. **Most Popular Prompts** - Quick reference to the most commonly used prompts with direct links

These improvements make the README more user-friendly for newcomers to quickly understand and utilize the repository.
