# Safe Tool Gateway — سياسة Dealix

كل إجراء خارجي يمر: **نية → سياسة → موافقة (عند الحاجة) → تنفيذ/تصدير → تدقيق**.
|
|
|
|

| draft_only | مسودة دون إرسال |

| approval_required | لا تنفيذ بدون موافقة بشرية |
|

| approved_execute | مسموح بعد موافقة صريحة (نادر في البيتا) |

| blocked | ممنوع |
|
