💰 Dealix — First Revenue Guarantee Playbook

No one can "guarantee" revenue. But here's the highest-probability path to first paid customer in 7 days, based on 15 years of B2B launches.

The math: every startup's first customer comes from one of these 4 sources. The closer to the top, the faster.

Tier 1 — Friend / Family / Ex-colleague pilot (probability: 70%+, time: 1-3 days)

Why it works: Trust already exists. They say yes to help you, not because of ROI.

Action:

  1. List 10 people who know you well and run a business or work in one
  2. Pick 5 whose business matches Dealix (has leads, B2B, Arabic market)
  3. Send this WhatsApp message (not LinkedIn) to each:

Realistic math:

  • 5 WhatsApp messages → 3 replies
  • 3 replies → 2 say yes to pilot
  • 2 pilots → 1 converts to paid Starter (999 SAR)

First paid customer within 7 days.

Tier 2 — Warm intro via someone connected (probability: 40%, time: 3-7 days)

Action:

  1. In 3 WhatsApp groups you're in (founder / professional / alumni), post:
هل أحد يعرف B2B founder سعودي متحمس لأدوات AI sales جديدة؟ بجربة معاه Dealix 7 أيام بريال، بعدها نقرر معاً. Commission 10% من MRR لمن يعرّفني. شكراً.
  1. Ask 3 mentors / advisors / investors you know for one specific intro each:
[الاسم]، أحتاج مساعدتك: هل تعرف founder سعودي B2B في SaaS/agency/ecom؟ Dealix جاهز لأول pilot، وهذه اللحظة المثالية للبحث عن case study أولي.

Realistic math:

  • 3 WhatsApp groups × 1-2 replies each = 3-6 leads
  • 3 mentors × 1 intro each = 3 warm intros
  • 40% close rate on warm intros = 2-3 pilots → 1 paid

First paid customer within 3-7 days.

Tier 3 — Cold direct outreach (probability: 10-20%, time: 7-14 days)

This is what we've been building. Today_20 targets. LinkedIn Message 1 to Abdullah Al-Assiri is the start.

Realistic math:

  • 20 messages sent → 3-4 replies (15-20% response rate for cold)
  • 3-4 replies → 1-2 demos
  • 1-2 demos → 0-1 pilots
  • 1 pilot → 0-1 paid

First paid customer within 7-14 days.

Tier 4 — Paid ads / content inbound (probability: 5-10%, time: 14-30 days)

Skip this until Tier 1-3 prove at least 1 paid customer. Paid ads without a working funnel burn money.

Today (high probability):

  1. Send Tier 1 message to 5 friends via WhatsApp (the list above)
  2. Post in 3 WhatsApp groups you're in (Tier 2 message above)
  3. Ask 3 mentors for 1 intro each (Tier 2 second message)

In parallel (lower probability but builds pipeline):

  1. LinkedIn Message 1 to Abdullah Al-Assiri (Tier 3 starts)
  2. Publish Founder Launch Post (Tier 4 content seed)

Minimum viable "first customer":

Don't reject Pilot payments from friends. A 1 SAR pilot from a close friend is a legitimate first customer. The case study + confidence + referrals they unlock > any strategy document.

🧾 When someone says yes (15 min to invoice)

Use FIRST_REVENUE_ATTEMPT.md. The script:

  1. Confirm plan verbally: Pilot 1 SAR × 7 days
  2. Send WhatsApp/email within 15 min:
تمام، نبدأ اليوم.

المبلغ: 1 ريال (رمزي)
طرق الدفع:
- تحويل بنكي: [IBAN]
- STC Pay: [+966 5XX XXX XXX]

  1. When proof received:
    • Update pipeline_tracker.csv → payment_status=paid, revenue_sar=1
    • Send welcome WhatsApp within 30 min
    • Book kickoff call (Calendly 45 min) within 4 hours
    • Open FIRST_CUSTOMER_DELIVERY_TEMPLATE.md

📊 First 30 days — realistic revenue targets

Day Target Tier Revenue
1-3 1 friend pilot Tier 1 1 SAR
4-7 1 warm intro pilot Tier 2 1 SAR or 999 SAR (Starter)
8-14 1 cold pilot Tier 3 999 SAR (Starter)
15-21 Upgrade Day-1 pilot Tier 1 conversion 999 SAR (Starter)
22-30 2nd and 3rd paid customers Mixed 2 × 999 SAR

Day 30 MRR target: 3,000 5,000 SAR (3-5 Starter customers).

This is not ambitious. It's the minimum to prove PMF. Real MRR growth starts Month 2-3 once case studies + referral flywheel kick in.

🚫 What to avoid in first 30 days

  • Don't chase enterprise deals. 3-6 month sales cycles kill first-year startups. Pick SMB/mid-market only.
  • Don't lower price below 999 SAR for non-pilots. Under-pricing attracts price-sensitive customers with highest support cost.
  • Don't build features for one prospect. Build for patterns you see across 3+ prospects.
  • Don't compete with Apollo/HubSpot/Salesforce head-on. You win on Arabic + Saudi context, not feature breadth.
  • Don't pay for ads before Tier 1-2 prove signal. Paid ads amplify broken funnels.

🏆 First customer milestone rewards (psychological)

When you get first 1 SAR pilot paid: Post on LinkedIn/X with the customer's permission. Even 1 SAR pilot tweet drives 10× more inbound than "we launched" posts.

When you get first 999 SAR customer: Publish case study. Ask for testimonial + LinkedIn recommendation.

When you get 3rd paying customer: Launch partner program officially.

Why this plan is real (not theory)

Every SaaS founder will tell you the same:

  • Stripe's first customers were friends of the founders
  • Atlassian's first customers were via founder's direct network
  • Canva's first customers were from Melanie's existing design community
  • Bibber's first 10 customers were from 3-WhatsApp-groups outreach

The "cold outreach to strangers first" strategy is what fails 90% of startups. The warm-first strategy works 90% of the time.

Use Dealix's lead machine for Tier 3 (cold) AFTER Tier 1-2 have proven 1 paid customer. This order is deliberate.

NEXT_SINGLE_ACTION

Open WhatsApp → pick 5 friends who run or work in a business → send Tier 1 message (customized per person). This is the highest-expected-value action of Day 1, above LinkedIn cold outreach.

LinkedIn Message 1 to Abdullah Al-Assiri is still correct — send it too. But Tier 1 comes first.
