Both deploy runs failed at configure-pages with "Get Pages site failed …
Not Found": the repo had never had Pages turned on, so there was no Pages
site for the action to configure.
Set enablement: true so the action creates the Pages site via the API when
one does not exist, rather than requiring someone to visit Settings -> Pages
and pick the GitHub Actions source by hand. This also means a fresh fork of
this repo deploys without manual setup.

- site/index.html: standalone build of the distilled playbook (adds the
doctype/head/body skeleton, meta + Open Graph tags, and an inline SVG
favicon). Self-contained apart from Google Fonts; light and dark themes
both resolve via prefers-color-scheme.
- .github/workflows/pages.yml: Actions-based Pages deploy using
configure-pages / upload-pages-artifact / deploy-pages, triggered on
pushes touching site/ plus workflow_dispatch.
Verified locally with headless Chromium: both themes paint correctly, no
horizontal overflow, no console errors.

The repo is a 334k-word corpus of ~105 production system prompts across ~30 AI
products, with no synthesis. This adds the synthesis.
- Part I: twelve rules that multiple independent vendors converged on
(stop conditions, anti-hallucination pairing, parallel-by-default, line
budgets, named filler strings, dependency verification, green-before-done,
root-cause fixes, ask-vs-act bias, search-tool routing, anchored edits,
externalized plans) - each cited to file:line in the corpus.
- Part II: high-value techniques unique to a single product (Manus event
loop, Kiro EARS specs, Claude for Chrome trust boundary, Windsurf
suggestion self-test, VS Code mode selection).
- Part III: prompt-lineage analysis quantifying verbatim cross-vendor reuse
(line-set overlap over 73 files), with the caveat it implies for reading
the convergence evidence in Part I.
- Part IV: a skeleton template implied by the convergent rules.
