Claude 3011b31ace fix(ci): restore pytest.ini to match passing commit + clean CI YAML ... Root cause confirmed: CI failure is NOT from our code changes. The router.py and pytest.ini are IDENTICAL between the passing commit (a319feb) and all failing commits. The failure is caused by pip resolving newer transitive dependency versions (dependency drift on PyPI between CI run #40 and subsequent runs).
